Q:  When is my virtual advising appointment?
A:  Check your UARK email account. You should have received a notification of the time and instructions for your virtual advising appointment.

Q:  What if I do not have access to a laptop, smart phone, or stable internet?
A:  You can arrange to have your advising appointment via telephone. Be sure to complete the Pre-Advising Intake Form on the Fay Jones School Orientation page at least two days before your scheduled advising appointment. There, you will have the opportunity to let your advisor know that you will need a telephone appointment.

Q: Is it possible to re-schedule my advising appointment?
A:  We hope you are able to attend your scheduled appointment, but if it is absolutely necessary to re-schedule, email Theresa Parrish at theresap@uark.edu.

Q:  How do I release my Pre-Registration Hold?
A:  Log on to UAConnect and click on the 🚫. Follow the prompts until the end to acknowledge your financial agreement with the University of Arkansas.

Q:  How do I release my MMR/Immunization Hold?
A:  Send your immunization records by email directly to the Pat Walker Health Center at: immu@uark.edu.
