Within the Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design
To help new students adjust to college life and establish good diet and exercise habits, the school's leaders developed the Leadership by Design program, which is now part of the University Perspectives course. It covers time management, personal finance, stress management and self-care. The program also offers practical instruction in leadership — how to lead a group effort, present an idea effectively, and bring in a project in on time — that will make a big difference when you land your first job.
